Welcome to UpworkAudit. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of upworkaudit.com (the "Website") and any service you purchase through it. By using the Website or buying an audit, you agree to these Terms in full.

If you do not agree, please don't use the Website or place an order.

1. Who We Are

UpworkAudit is a service operated by Nazik Israyelyan, a sole proprietor based in Toronto, Canada. The service offers personalized Upwork profile reviews delivered as PDF guides.

UpworkAudit is an independent service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Upwork Inc. in any way.

2. The Service

When you purchase an audit through UpworkAudit, you are buying:

• A personalized written review of your Upwork profile
• A PDF document delivered to the email address you provide
• Delivery within 48 hours of payment confirmation

The audit is a professional opinion based on experience, not a guarantee of any specific outcome. While we use proven strategies, we cannot guarantee that you will earn more, get more invites, or be promoted to higher Upwork tiers, as those outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Pricing & Payment

The audit costs $49.99 USD per profile, payable in full at the time of order. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Prices are subject to change at any time, but the price you see at checkout is the price you pay for that order. We do not bill recurring charges.

4. Delivery

We commit to delivering your audit within 48 hours of receiving your payment and form submission. In rare cases (illness, holidays, technical issues), delivery may take a little longer — we will always communicate directly if so.

Audits are delivered by email to the address you provided at checkout. Please make sure to add hello@upworkaudit.com to your contacts to avoid spam filters.

5. Refunds & Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your audit, you can email us at hello@upworkaudit.com within 7 days of delivery with the reason. We will either:

• Revise the audit at no additional cost, OR
• Issue a full refund

Refund requests outside of this 7-day window are reviewed case-by-case at our discretion. Once an audit has been delivered, we cannot offer a refund based simply on changing your mind, since the work has already been performed.

6. Intellectual Property

The PDF audit you receive is for your personal use only. You may use the rewrites and recommendations on your own Upwork profile freely.

You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the audit publicly
• Reproduce the audit content in courses, blog posts, or paid materials
• Use the audit content to create competing services

All website content (text, design, logo) belongs to Nazik Israyelyan and is protected by copyright.

7. Your Responsibilities

To get the most accurate audit, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in the form
• Make sure your Upwork profile is set to public so it can be reviewed
• Use the audit ethically and in compliance with Upwork's own terms of service

UpworkAudit cannot be held responsible for inaccurate audits caused by missing or false information from you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, UpworkAudit and Nazik Israyelyan shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the audit or the website — including but not limited to lost income, lost clients, profile suspensions, or platform penalties.

Our total liability in any case is limited to the amount you paid for your most recent audit ($49.99).

9. Privacy

Your privacy matters. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we handle your information.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page on the date of your purchase is the version that applies to your order.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
