- Your main niche or service
- Your time on the Upwork platform
- Your answers to optional questions about your challenges and focus areas
We use this information solely to deliver your personalized profile audit.
Payment information
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Stripe handles all card data in line with their own privacy and security policies, and we only receive limited transaction information (e.g., your name, email, and confirmation that a payment was received).
Automatically collected information
When you visit our website, we may automatically collect basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This is used only for site analytics and to improve performance — never to identify you personally.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to:
- Prepare and deliver your personalized Upwork profile audit
- Send you the PDF and any related communication (e.g., delivery confirmation, follow-up questions)
- Process your payment securely
- Respond to questions or support requests you send us

3. How We Store and Protect Your Information
Your information is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Form submissions are sent directly to our private email account (hello@upworkaudit.com). Payment data is held by Stripe under their own enterprise-grade security infrastructure.
We retain your information only as long as needed to deliver your audit and meet any legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time (see Section 6).
4. Third-Party Services
We use the following trusted third-party services to operate UpworkAudit:
- Stripe — for secure payment processing
- Netlify — for website hosting
- Zoho Mail — for our business email
- Google Fonts — for serving website typography
Each of these providers has its own privacy policy. We do not control how they handle data on their end, but we have selected each because of their strong privacy and security standards.
5. Cookies
UpworkAudit does not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies. Some essential cookies may be used by Stripe during checkout to keep your session secure.

You have the right to:

- Ask us to correct inaccurate information
